1. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all eligible orders across the contiguous United States. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders undergo multi-point gemological optical alignment, prong tension audits, ultrasonic cleaning, and tamper-evident velvet packaging prior to dispatch.
  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). Custom ring resizing or personalized engraving may require an additional 2 to 4 business days.
  • Orders placed over weekends or observed holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days after the processing period is complete.
  • Please note that transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on your regional delivery destination, seasonal postal volume spikes, and secure courier sorting for high-value fine jewelry.

4. Discreet Packaging & Order Tracking

For your security, all Xova Carat shipments are packaged in plain, unmarked outer transit boxes with no external mention of diamonds, jewelry, or high-value contents. Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Depending on the order value, adult signature verification may be required upon delivery.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather events, peak holiday postal volume spikes, or logistics hub security reviews. Xova Carat is not liable for carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
