2. Gemological Disclosure & Accuracy of Information

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, carat weights, cut specifications, and pricing. Gemstone Identification Notice: In full compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Jewelry Guides, all lab-grown diamonds, lab-created sapphires, and synthetic moissanite gemstones are clearly disclosed as laboratory-grown or created. Moissanite is silicon carbide (SiC) with a refractive index of 2.65 - 2.69 and Mohs hardness of 9.25, distinct from mined natural diamonds. Carat weights may vary within a standard industry tolerance of +/- 0.05 carats. Xova Carat reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies or typographical errors at any time without prior notice.
